My Family has always tried to get by on our own accord. But, last week when our van's transmission went out we realized that we couldn't afford to fix it due to the financial burden of the Holiday Season. I called Gator and explained our situation and surprisingly they remembered me and my family and that we struggle with the most trivial of expenses. That alone blew my mind but, then they offered to completely replace my transmission with a 6 month warranty to go with it. If only other businesses paid attention to there customers or showed compassion in trying times, they might actually be able to compete with the service that Gator Transmissions offers.
