Remanufacturing Process Our remanufacturing process begins with complete dissasembly and thorough cleaning of the entire transmission. We then begin to remanufacture the transmission's internal components using quality parts from quality companies like Raybestos, Borg Warner, AC Delco, Motorcraft, Mopar, Honda, Toyota, and others.  All "hard parts", ie; pumps, drums, planetary gears, are inspected by an experienced remanufacturing professional and any that do not meet our exacting standards are discarded and replaced from our extensive in house hard parts inventory.  All internal electrical and hydraulic components are tested using state of the art equipment like our VBT4000 Valve Body Tester, and the transmission is reassembled with the utmost care by a qualified staff member.Finally, the finished unit is dyno tested using our axi- line dynomometer to insure proper shifting and pressures. |
